Seeing “none but the woman”

We, too, can see none but the perfect and sinless child of God as we stand with Christ, Truth, separate ourselves and others from the material scene, and pray more deeply to understand and insist on everyone’s inseparability from the infinite God, good.
Nothing has a life of its own, separate from God; each is a beautiful expression of divine Life itself.
Even though I could not physically be there at the school to help my daughter, nor could I tell her my thoughts when she wasn’t interested in hearing them, there was a way I could help that was more powerful and effective than any other means or method: yielding to God in prayer.
The choice to seek spiritual healing is not based on trying to prove that other methods are wrong; it is truly based on a love of the growth and deepening that happens when we seek to understand more fully the nature of God.
Maybe she’d always gone to Christian Science Sunday School because her parents wanted her to, but when when this teenager found herself stuck in the middle of a storm, she suddenly understood that there was a lot more to her attendance than she’d realized.
I had tried in vain to stop smoking using self-will, but it was the loving metaphysical treatment from a Christian Science practitioner that resolved this issue.
Early in my
marriage and after I became a mother, I suffered debilitating back issues for a few weeks at a time.
It was just so clear to me that the pain wasn’t real and that I needed to guard my thinking rather than look for either a material cause or a material remedy. That was the end of the pain.
