God’s universe

Our God is one, and He is All;
Infinite Spirit, eternal Soul;
All Life and Truth and Principle;
Entirely good; forever whole.

Our God is light; in Him no darkness gathers;
No night invades the brightness of His day.
No power exists to threaten His dominion
Or mar the joy and glory of His way.

God’s universe is one of pure perfection—
Expression of the one eternal Mind;
Supplied, maintained, and cherished by the Father—
The heaven so long yearned for by mankind.

Whatever clouds may hide God’s glorious kingdom;
Whatever ills and woes afflict the race;
Man’s real selfhood—spiritual, immortal—
Appears as he awakens through God’s unbounded grace.

For God, our perfect cause and sole creator,
Enfolds us in His tender, constant care;
Eternal Love, embracing all His children,
Our Father-Mother God is everywhere.
