A SONG OF STRENGTH AND SALVATION

Because next week's kids' issue won't include this column, we're providing two in this issue.

THIS WEEK'S Christian Science Bible Lesson, titled "God the Preserver of Man," shows how God sustains and preserves us when we seek to obey Him.

The Responsive Reading confirms that living a God-centered life leads to salvation. In the words of the Psalmist, "The Lord is my strength and song, and is become my salvation." And the Psalmist expands that connection to include life itself, declaring, "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord" (Ps. 118:14, 17).
