THROUGH A SPIRITUAL LENS

Even the human conception of beauty, grandeur, and utility is something that defies a sneer. It is more than imagination. It is next to divine beauty and the grandeur of Spirit. It lives with our earth-life, and is the subjective state of high thoughts.

A BLANK PAGE OR CANVAS ... SO MANY POSSIBILITIES

–STEPHEN SONDHEIM

LIGHT RIBBONS / MANHATTAN SKYLINE: I shot this night photo from the roof terrace of my Upper West Side apartment in New York City. You can see the blurred, triplicate-image of the top of the Chrysler Building at the upper right-center. But other than this hint of representational reality, you will recognize little else in my abstract view of the city–a digital painting of motion, color, and light.

My philosophy of art rests on this metaphysical premise: We each naturally express the creativity, beauty, and intelligence of Soul/God–the Creative Director of life–who reveals to us and through us original worlds of form.
