Implementing business decisions

If we've been facing a roadblock in business or in any aspect of our lives, prayer can show us the way forward.

When crucial business decisions are made, we sometimes face challenges in implementing them. Red tape or personnel problems, for instance, may tend to slow things down. I've often asked myself, "Is there a better way to fulfill a business plan?"

Over the years, my husband and I have found that no step can compare with prayer in its effectiveness, completeness, and immediate, clear guidance. We've found that prayer to God, to the one all-knowing Mind, places our every action and decision on the firm footing of God's law.

When we listen to God in the quietness of prayer, and follow His direction, we can bring to the conference table a calm confidence in the wise government of divine law. And knowing something of the divine nature of God and man's reflection of that nature, we'll bear witness to the power of God's healing qualities. Knowing, for instance, that God is Truth, as the Bible indicates, and that man is God's spiritual likeness, we can expect to see honesty and integrity expressed. Each one of God's offspring—and that means each one of us as we are in truth—reflects all the qualities of our Father.
