Over quite a few years, I have seen many Christian Science healings—of not only my own difficulties but also those of my family. Some of the healings that remain the most vivid are of a badly injured face, curvature of the spine, ringworm, migraine headaches, pneumonia, and an ankle that was sprained so severely my leg turned black and blue and was badly swollen. This particular incident occurred on a Friday, and with the prayerful help of a Christian Science practitioner I was healed and back at work on Tuesday.

Another healing for which I am most grateful is that of an injured hip, which was apparently broken. A practitioner was called, and I will ever be grateful for the loving and steady help I received. Also, the compassion and expert care I received at a nursing facility for Christian Scientists played a vital role in the healing process. Three weeks later I walked and went grocery shopping. I have been on the go ever since. Do you wonder I'm grateful?

Over the years I have enjoyed our Christian Science periodicals thoroughly. I always start with the testimonies, and often I have thought, "Ah, yes, I've been healed of that, too." I appreciate so much those who have written and certainly rejoice with them. Membership in The Mother Church and branch churches since an early age is also something I cherish, as well as the opportunities I have had to serve. I praise God for all the blessings that certainly have flowed all these years. Isn't it wonderful to know they won't ever cease to flow?
