As Americans are becoming more concerned about the effects of alcohol on their health and on the safety of our highway, nonalcoholic drinks are becoming more popular. with this in mind, the Four seasons Hotel presents an Alcohol-Free cocktail Tasting.

"This is a healthy trend that's developing across the country,' says Seamus McManus, manager of the Four seasons. ... 'We've found that more business people at lunch are ordering nonalcoholic drinks than in the past There's a lot of interest in good tasting alternatives to wine or liquor' "
