One time my friend and I heard a pop when we were riding on...

One time my friend and I heard a pop when we were riding on a tire swing. I didn't think it was necessary to get off so we kept on swinging. Suddenly the rope broke and we fell and I felt pain. As soon as I felt that, I started saying to myself, "You can't fall from God's loving care."

I was glad my friend was there, because I couldn't get up. She ran and got Daddy. Daddy carried me in and laid me on the couch, any Mommy started to pray for me. I was praying too, the best I could. My sister, who is five years old, came up and said, "Jamie, you're all right." I asked my mother to call a Christian Science practitioner. The practitioner helped me to understand that my true nature had never been in an accident.Editors' Note: "Under divine Providence there can be no accidents, since ther is no room for imperfection in perfection" (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy, p. 424 ). Right away I started to feel better. The day after I was up and around. The second day I was well.

I am ten years old now and have been going to the Christian Science church since I was two weeks old (in the nursery), and since I was three to the Sunday School, where we learn how Jesus healed.
