It is a priceless privilege to be able to share our healing experiences with others.

Two permanent healings, which took place some years ago, have been a continual source of inspiration and courage. Time after time I was forced to bed with severe earaches, which were always accompanied by high fever and delirium. I clearly remember calling to my mother to please come talk to me, sing to me, and read to me from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. Never did I hear her complain about all the hours of attention I seemed to demand during those days and nights. With exactly what word of Truth this healing became complete, I do not know, but I shall always be grateful. As a merely receptive patient, I reaped the rewards of the prayerful work being done by my mother and a devoted Christian Science practitioner.

Soon after the above experience I was freed from frequent outbreaks of boils. One Sunday morning as we were dressing for Sunday School, I insisted that my arm be bandaged because there was a very large, ugly boil on it. Mother lovingly agreed, and my arm was bandaged with gauze from wrist to elbow. Upon returning home from our branch church, I felt the desire to remove the covering from my arm. We were delighted to find that the boil had opened and completely drained. This was the last time boils appeared.
