For a number of years I have been interested in the study of Christian Science and its application to the healing of disease. This interest was brought about by a healing of a member of my family.

Early in the year 1966, my wife and I decided to drive to Colorado to visit with friends and relatives.

Late in the afternoon of the first day of our trip, while I was driving, I found that I could not hold the car on the highway. What the trouble was we did not know. My wife took the wheel, and we found a nice motel. We had dinner, studied the Bible Lesson in the Christian Science Quarterly, and then turned in. During the night, however, we decided that we had better go back home. We started early in the morning, my wife doing all the driving. We arrived home late at night.
