I Should like to express my deep gratitude for all that I have received from Christian Science. Since accepting the teachings of this Science, I have found wonderful the understanding that the still small voice is always present to help in the most difficult circumstances of our life, when we are ready to listen to it.

When I was seventeen, I heard this religion spoken of. Since then I have learned to read the Bible and to appreciate how to understand God. I still remember what renewal I found in reading Psalm 91 during difficult moments in the Second World War, and what protection I had in Science with the help of a practitioner during my term of military service.

Basing everything on the divine healing Principle, God, instead of on the usual belief in medicine, I gained general improvement in my health and quickly realized the practical value of Christian Science. In particular, I have been healed of stomach pains and digestive difficulties through the study and application of what was revealed by Mrs. Eddy in her article entitled "Mental Digestion" on pages 229 and 230 of "The First Church of Christ, Scientist, and Miscellany."
