How grateful I am for the Comforter, Christian Science, and for the good work done by our practitioners! I was encouraged by-one of these workers to stand up and speak at a Wednesday evening testimony meeting. Although my few words of gratitude for a healing in Science were spoken scarcely above a whisper, they marked the beginning of my freedom from acute self-consciousness, which I recognized as a disguise for selfishness.

The same practitioner provided unfailing advice for the banishment of frequent colds: I was to love more! Colds are now a rarity; during a recent bitter winter I did not suffer once from any form of cold.

The greatest healing power in the world is definitely Christian Science. Its truths are summed up in "the scientific statement of being," found on page 468 of the textbook by Mrs. Eddy.
