A teen-age boy once declared, "Christian Science just doesn't work for me!"

His friend replied, "Christian Science always works, but Christian Scientists need to work with it."

Christian Science has an unchanging Principle, God, good. It operates according to stated, fixed rules and is therefore demonstrable. It can be practically applied to the solution of human problems, and in solving these problems Science spiritualizes human consciousness and improves human relationships. So simple are its teachings that even small children can demonstrate them, and so profound is its textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, that cultured scholars can study and ponder it for a lifetime without exhausting its meaning and scope.
