I once met an earnest student of Christian Science who was about to embark on a trip to Europe. When I asked if she were looking forward to the trip with great anticipation, she replied in effect, "I know that it will be a rich and rewarding experience; but, you see, I awake each morning with such an expectation of good for the day that I hadn't thought to look forward that far."
