WALKING WITH GOD

He walks in quietness who knows
the nothingness of mortal woes,
and feels beneficence of Mind
calmly embracing all mankind.

He walks contentedly with God
who knows the firmness of His rod,
who feels the goodness of His power
marking the progress of the hour.

He walks with joy whose only song
is truth unfolding, making wrong
an unreality, an ill
that disappears before God's will.
