Christian Science college organizations are formed and conducted under Article XXIII, Section 8, of the Manual of The Mother Church by Mary Baker Eddy. The first sentence of this By-Law states: "Members in good standing with The Mother Church, who are members of the faculty, instructors, or students in any university or college, can form and conduct a Christian Science organization at such university or college, provided its rules so permit." These organizations hold regular testimony meetings, sponsor Christian Science lectures, and engage in other healing activities on the campus. To qualify for a card in The Christian Science Journal, the membership must include four members of The Mother Church. Inquiries regarding the formation of college organizations may be addressed to: Department of Branches and Practitioners, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston 15, Massachusetts.

Christian Science Activities for the Armed Services, which include arrangements for regular Christian Science services, treatment, and other assistance for men and women in the armed forces, extend throughout the United States, Canada, and many overseas areas. Information regarding these activities and lists of overseas Ministers and Representatives will be furnished upon request.

Service personnel or members of their families are asked to send names and addresses of Christian Scientists in the armed forces to Christian Science Activities for the Armed Services, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston 15, Massachusetts. To enable this department to be of the greatest service, changes of military address should be reported promptly.
