"The only hope of the race"

Royce Brier
San Francisco Chronicle, California

More men are coming to see the brotherhood of man is sensible, and more men are coming to see t lie old forms of power are senseless. In very recent days more have come to see that the old forms are likely to bring disaster on mankind if they are upheld much longer.

The best, and maybe the only hope of the race of men is the wide influence the brotherhood of man idea exerts today. It will not be achieved overnight or with magic ease or without suffering or without disappointments. Jesus ...simply said it was the only true solution, and his judgment on that appears to be more sure than it appeared nineteen hundred years ago.
