Truth's Witness

He moves steadfastly on his daily round,
Sustained by Truth that cannot be gainsaid,
And where he lingers, joy and faith abound,
For by the meat of wisdom he is fed.
No raging tempest nor unruly storm
Can shake his trust in Principle divine—
He meets and conquers fear in every form,
Fulfilling Love's immutable design.

His to awaken with a song of praise
To Life immortal and the joy thereof;
And his to meditate in quiet ways
Upon the peace and permanence of Love,
And his to prove to every land and age
The beauty of his holy heritage.
