Christian Science has done so much for me and mine that I feel I must give thanks for all the blessings received. Over two years ago my husband passed on, leaving us almost penniless. During this trial, a faithful practitioner lovingly stood by us, and for her love and encouragement I shall always be deeply grateful. We are four in our family, and we have been wonderfully cared for since that time, led and guided every step of the way. Our Leader says, "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need" (Science and Health, p. 494). This has been many times proved to me.

I should like to relate a recent healing we experienced. My youngest son had what appeared to be an abscess on the back of his neck. I did my mental work about it as we are taught in Christian Science, but seemingly without result; so I asked for help from a practitioner. This was lovingly given, and in about ten days the lump opened and discharged without any inconvenience whatever. I might add that during this time the boy suffered no pain or hindrance at all.

I am grateful for the healing of sorrow, unemployment, and unhappy conditions in the home, and for other blessings too numerous to mention. I am also grateful for the literature; for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church; to our Father-Mother God; to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower; and to our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy.—
