There is much that is beautiful in this world of ours, so much that people could know, concerning the lives of those who are dedicated to improving the lot of humanity, and I think that the beauty of life claims as much publication as the seamy side of events.

What the world is lacking in today is a policy calculated to stress the beautiful and uplifting aspects of life, to emblazon across the pages of world newspapers ... items that tend to create optimism in men's hearts.... For with such a new outlook governing our press, things could not but help improving....
