I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science

I wish to express my gratitude for Christian Science. For several years it has meant everything to me.

Many false beliefs have been destroyed through the realization of the perfection of God, and of man in His image and likeness. The smoking and drinking habits, a violent temper which was supposed to be hereditary, astigmatism, eczema, constant headaches, ingrown toe nails, high blood pressure and other ills of the flesh have been overcome.

On page 475 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, defines "man" in part as "that which has not a single quality underived from Deity." My daily prayer is that my thought may become so spiritualized that I shall constantly see man and the universe as the manifestation of God who is Love.

I am indeed grateful for the privilege of class instruction, for membership in The Mother Church, and for the opportunity of serving in a branch church of which I am a member.—Julius Jerome Weinbaum, Jackson, Tennessee.
