Because I am truly grateful for Christian Science, I wish to write this testimony.

My first instructions were received in the Sunday school. It was not for any physical need that I came into Science, although when properly applied it has always met my every need. I should like to mention one experience.

I had always carried a large birthmark on my forehead, which I had hoped to have removed, but I was discouraged, for I was told there would always be some sort of scar. After attending the Sunday school and receiving some understanding of the healing power of Christian Science, I realized one day that the mark was gone, and it has never returned.

I have a little son nine years of age, who was born under Christian Science treatment and has never had any other help for any trouble that has arisen. I live on the desert, where the summers are extremely hot, and it is wonderful to know that while one is dwelling in divine Love the heat cannot affect one. I consider it a great privilege to be a member of The Mother Church.
