Our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, has made a wonderful provision for loyal Christian Scientists to thank God for His manifold blessings, through the Christian Science literature and the Wednesday evening testimony meetings. I have indeed much to be grateful for since coming to this truth: good health and strength have been enjoyed in abundance; glasses have been laid off, after twelve years in bondage; two of our little boys were born under very harmonious conditions, both births being painless. At numerous times we have been protected in accidents. At one time I became entangled in an electric wire, and thought I was passing on, when I found myself standing up and free in an instant. Burns, cuts, and colds have vanished before the application of the truth. We have had much to overcome since finding a way out of our difficulties, but each trial of our faith strengthens us. I am indeed grateful for membership in The Mother Church. I feel as if I belong somewhere now: I am not any longer like a wandering sheep without a shepherd. I pray that I may show my gratitude by reflecting more of the Christlike qualities, and loving my neighbor as myself.—(Mrs.) Hellen Luvina Tongue, Mount Vernon, Washington.
