I wish to express my sincere gratitude for the blessings I have received in Christian Science. For over seven years it has been my only help in whatever difficulties have presented themselves.

It was seemingly quite a struggle for me to take up Christian Science, to give up the old belief for the new. My son, who was away from home in college, went to a practitioner for treatment for inflammatory rheumatism, and was healed instantaneously. Then I felt I had the proof for which I had been looking, and great was my rejoicing. I have been healed of stomach trouble of long standing, of constipation, and many ills to which the flesh seems heir. I was healed of water on the knee in a very short time by reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. At one time I was taken with a very painful headache following a light case of influenza. It became so severe I was almost unconscious. A practitioner was called, and in two hours I was resting peacefully. The next day I was able to be up and around the house, entirely free from pain.

For a number of years I was in very poor health and spent many sleepless nights and weary days. I am so thankful to say I am now well and I know Christian Science does heal. I am deeply grateful for the little understanding I have of this beautiful truth. I find it a help in every way. There is nothing in my daily life to which it cannot be appllied. Each one of my family has been wonderfully benefited. It has been such a help to me to see my children as God's ideas and to trust them to His care. I cannot find words to express my gratitude to Mrs. Eddy for working so faithfully to give us this truth so we can understand it and apply it to our every need, and to loving practitioner, who have helped me many times. I enjoy membership in The Mother Church and a branch church.
