It is with a sense of joy and gratitude that I add my testimony of the healing which came to me through reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. I had been suffering for many years from a so-called incurable disease commonly known as hereditary lung trouble, and was seemingly at the brink of the grave. At this time the Christian Science text-book was placed in my hands and I was told to read it. I did so, and the result was that through my earnest study and the loving help of a practitioner I was completely healed. I was able to resume my work within two weeks, and have not missed one day on account of any physical disability since.

This healing took place six years ago, and since then I have received numerous blessings. Many vicious habits have been overcome, some slowly and others more readily. For these blessings I am indeed thankful, but above all I am grateful for the spiritual uplift which has come into my life and brought peace and joy where there was once despair without hope. Our dear Leader has shown us how to find and utilize man's God-given dominion in working out all our daily problems through the teachings of Christian Science and the light it throws on the Scriptures. I am truly grateful.
