As a small token of love and gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me, I gladly testify to Truth's healing power. Four years ago, while visiting relatives in Oakland, I had an acute attack of spinal trouble from which I had suffered for four years. It came on about midnight, and grew steadily worse until a Christian Science practitioner came; but in about an hour and a half I was able to sit up, and was well enough to return home the next day. When I had these spells under materia medica I would be in bed from two to three weeks. Since this treatment in Christian Science I have never had a return of the disease, for which I am thankful to God.
