My first knowledge of the healing power of Truth came to me about twelve years ago, through a friend who had been healed of a complication of diseases. At that time I had been for two years taking medicine prescribed by a doctor for hay-fever and catarrh. I had become very much discouraged over my condition, and I asked my friend if she thought I could be cured through Christian Science. She was sure I could be, and began the treatments at once, and in a very short time I was completely healed. I have great cause to be thankful for Christian Science, and I am very grateful to its Discoverer, Mrs. Eddy.
