INFINITY

"Nor height nor depth ... shall be able to separate us from the love of God."

BEHOLD the sea, that boundless waste unfathomably deep,
Where wavelets toss in ever-varied shape beneath the
light!
Unmeasured is the space beyond that mystic moon above,
Whose pale but penetrating beams have dimmed the stars
that sleep,—
An endless void from world to world and height again on
height,—
Yet greater far than depth or height, infinity is Love!
