A fall on an icy pavement resulted in severe injuries to my arm. but these were completely overcome under Christian Science treatment. The following year an injury to the ankle was quickly overcome. After the former experience it seemed easier to see the nothingness of this. I was living in a hotel, and walked the length of the dining-room at each meal, so that no one knew of the accident. For these and many other proofs of healing I am truly grateful; also for this practical Christianity and the new light with which I read the Scriptures.
