It is with great pleasure that I send this testimony, hoping some one will receive help through my experience. When I came into Christian Science I had been under medical treatment fourteen years. Two months before my first treatment in Christian Science the attending physician told me I would never be well. It is now two years since I began reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and with the aid of a Christian Science practitioner nearly all of the numerous ailments have disappeared,—not only the old troubles, but many others which came up; and one by one they have been overcome through the understanding as given us in the writings of our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy. To benefit those seeking the healing, I will mention in brief some of the physical ills that held me in bondage,—paralytic trouble, and a supposed growth on the brain; liver, bowel, ovarian, and bladder trouble, all of which have been destroyed.

This healing is truly wonderful, but the overcoming of sin is the most beautiful, and I am striving each day to overcome evil with good. The Bible, with Science and Health and the Lesson-Sermon, is my daily study, and now I am able to help myself and others. Only by living this truth in thought and deed can I show my gratitude to God, and to our meek and gentle Leader, Mrs. Eddy.
