Among the Churches

At our regular annual meeting in December, 1903, the president's report showed a marked advance during the year. I give you a few extracts therefrom.

The Society, which had been organized two years before, was constituted First Church of Christ, Scientist, in December, 1902, about six years from the time the first healing was done in the capital.

The church gave its first lecture in March, 1903, from which much good was derived. It was then getting ready for its second lecture, which was given January 21, 1904. October 15, 1903, services were commenced in the Spanish language, being held on Sundays at 10 a.m., just preceding the English service at eleven o'clock.
