Lecture at Tufts College

The Rev. Irving C. Tomlinson, C.S.B., was greeted with a large and appreciative audience upon the occasion of his lecture, February 21, in Goddard Chapel at Tufts College. The chapel was filled by professors and students of the college, by former co-workers of Mr. Tomlinson in the Universalist denomination, and by Christian Scientists.

The lecture was delivered under the auspices of the philosophical department of the college, which is under the direction of Prof. Herbert E. Cushman, Ph.D. Mr. Tomlinson's appearance was before the second conference of the Society for the present year.

Mr. Tomlinson is a graduate of the Tufts divinity school, class of '88. His subject was: "Christian Science as the Science of Mind," and was ably presented and well elucidated.
