Another Case of Dentistry

I have often seen in the Journal and Sentinel where others have received help in Science in dentistry, and would think, "Well, their fear was not as great as mine." Now it has been demonstrated for me that there is as much help for us in dentistry as in anything else.

I went to Austin, Minn., to a dentist. A Scientist went with me. She remained with me a few moments, then went home. I had eight teeth pulled without one particle of pain, and no inflammation, or soreness in my mouth since. The dentist said after he had pulled two or three teeth, "Well, I have not done work for many like that." I said nothing until he had finished. When I went to pay him, I said, "That is what Christian Science can do for us." He said, "I wish more would have it, then we could do better work." I said, "Not only in dentistry, but in everything, it is just as great a help for us."

The work was done in the morning, and I ate a hearty dinner. I went to the dressmaker three times the same day, visited with friends, and came home the next day, and have not had the least inconvenience from it all.
