Protection at sea

One morning, while on a trip to Hawaii, I read that week’s Christian Science Bible Lesson on the subject “Truth.” As I prayed with ideas from this Lesson, the fifth stanza from Mary Baker Eddy’s poem “Christ My Refuge” came to mind:

Thus Truth engrounds me on the rock,
   Upon Life’s shore,
’Gainst which the winds and waves can shock,
   Oh, nevermore!
(Poems, p. 12).
