Us—and our family of man

I was watching a Japanese-American television reporter describe Kuwaiti troops' devotion to justice and freedom for their country.

A few days before, I had received letters from a friend in Nigeria and a new acquaintance in India, and there had been an early morning telephone call from South Korea.

That kind of experience isn't unusual these days, but it was when The Herald of Christian Science, the sister publication of the Christian Science Sentinel and The Christian Science Journal, was first founded by Mary Baker Eddy in the very early years of this century. You could say the Herald anticipated the kind of world we have.
