> Ken Baughman, “Forgiveness brings freedom from pain,” Sentinel, April 14, 2025
When we refuse to forgive, we hinder our own healing. I just love how this testimony illustrated the need for forgiveness in our thought in order to realize healing.

“Press toward the mark” (Philippians 3:14). This beautiful reminder takes our thought away from the dreams of the past and leads it to the reality of heaven now. Thank you so much.

Thank you for this poem. If we truly trusted all the ideas within it, the whole world would be healed! I particularly appreciate the poems in each issue. With just a few words they pack a marvelous metaphysical “punch”! “Distilled” is how I might define them. And I enjoy all the articles and testimonies in each Sentinel and Christian Science Journal. Keep up the good work! These ideas go forth to bless and heal.
Susan D. Doughty, Marina Del Rey, California, US
