Digestion difficulty healed

I was in Japan on a business trip, and during the second day of my stay, I found that I could not digest any food. This condition persisted for the next three days, and since my own prayers were not bringing relief, I decided to call a Christian Science practitioner in the United States for help. 

The practitioner immediately identified the mental nature of the problem. Christian Science teaches that thought is always what needs to be addressed and that a correction from material belief to spiritual understanding is then expressed as healing of the body. He told me that nothing unclean or impure can enter my thinking, since God is omnipresent, infinite good, filling all space. There is no room for thoughts of disease or inharmony in a consciousness that’s filled with divine Truth and Love. He also emphasized that God’s love was right there with me.

Prior to this trip, my office’s senior management had given me a very tight deadline for securing a business contract from a large global corporation, saying that there could be no excuses for not getting the contract by the deadline. I was working under intense pressure to fulfill this mandate, especially since I had already made numerous overseas trips to secure this deal, none of which had brought the contract to fruition.
