Burden-lifters

This article was so helpful. As it says, “It’s a privilege and a joy to be a burden-lifter.” Recently I found myself feeling rather oppressed because I had offered to help several people and felt responsible for them all. How ridiculous to feel burdened about trying to lift others’ burdens! Jesus said, “My burden is light” (Matthew 11:30). Thanks!
