Praying for India

[Voices and Prayers from the Field, Annu Matthai, “How are you praying about the situation in India?” cssentinel.com, May 11, 2021]

Thanks for the email blast about this article and the need to pray for the situation in India. We can know that divine Truth, Life, and Love are governing every aspect of God’s creation—every man, woman, and child. Nothing is beyond God’s reach, love, or jurisdiction. As the hymn says, “His arm encircles me, and mine, and all” (Mary Baker Eddy, Christian Science Hymnal, No. 207).

Satisfying reality

[Tony Lobl, “Looking to God for ‘satisfying,’ Sentinel, May 10, 2021]

This editorial is very rewarding. For me, the antonym of self-indulgence is self-discipline. And the self-discipline of spiritual-mindedness is reality that is satisfying, because it is never-ending.
