WHAT WOULD YOU DO?
QUESTION:
Whatever I do, something goes wrong. One time I wanted to surprise my dad by cleaning up the house. I accidentally knocked down a nice vase, and it broke into pieces. My dad was very upset. What can I do?
Just remember that everyone makes mistakes. So even if you did do something wrong, your dad or mom won't stay angry forever. Just make sure to let them know you are sorry. Your parents love you very much, and so does God. But if you still feel bad when everyone has forgiven you, pray. Trust that God will make everything better. He has a good plan for us all.:)

Say sorry, and say it was an accident. This thought came from God.

If your dad is mad, he still loves you, and he knows it was an accident. Just like God is still your Father-Mother God, and He'll always forgive you, even if you break a valuable commandment or beatitude.

Ask your dad or mum to watch you while you do something so they can tell you what you're doing wrong. Listen to God so He can warn you if you're going to knock something over or do something wrong.

What you can do is listen. God is trying to speak to you and help. Your thought was at the right place when you were cleaning your house for your dad, but just think about it; you are not clumsy. What happened can teach you a lesson. or even bring your family closer together. Ask God, "What is the lesson in this? He will guide you through it all the way.

I would tell my dad the truth that I broke it by accident and I'm sorry. And after, I would talk to God about it. I think God would tell me I did it by accidentand that He will always love me.

Whenever things like that happen in your life, you have to remember it's the thought that counts and the effort that went into doing good. You should accept that everyone (including yourself) makes mistakes and that God as well as your dad will forgive you.
You are the reflection of God, and does God make someone clumsy? No.
You can see yourself as a helpful, graceful person.
