Young at heart

I heard it again just the other day: "Youth is a state of mind." Most people would agree with that, yet there has to be more to it than simply maintaining a youthful attitude.

When we come across people who seem forever young, we often find, as well, a recognition, on their part, of their immortality. Not the immortality that drugs or surgery promise. Real immortality. Spiritual immortality. Today, along with people's constant thirst for knowledge, there is a more serious searching for spiritual, non-mortal, identity. Knowing of this innate spirituality results in a life progressively unrestricted by time and aging.

Is this just another mental visualization exercise meant to trick your body into staying young? No, actually it is a recognition that your real identity truly is ageless, spiritual.
