RESURRECTION RAIMENT

Graveclothes
bound Lazarus;
not so, Jesus.
He left them behind—
yet emerged
fully dressed!—
reflecting the Mind
that fashions no less
than fulfillment.

We too can step forth
from daily burials
so quickened
we find ourselves
not only free
but fully appointed.
