Right or Wrong?

Until the true basis for right is understood, legal and moral debate will continue. Conduct against the public interest may be repeated. And so the question "What are truth and justice?" loudly calls for more than philosophic discussion. It demands a practical response.

Over the centuries men have formulated thousands of laws to accomplish uniform justice and proper conduct. And yet justice, equity, and propriety often seem vague and uncertain. Confusion as to the true basis of right decisions can produce a permissive and ultimately lawless climate of thought, which can lead astray well-intentioned individuals.

Is there a reliable guide, some standard of propriety, some practical truth to support those who desire to do right but do not know the right thing to do? Christian Science emphatically replies Yes! and enables any sincere seeker of the truth to demonstrate successfully man's subordination to God's government. This results in better legal, moral, and ethical guidance.
