While we were out camping, I was walking down a gravel road near where some men were working. All of a sudden a big pipe started rolling down a steep hill, and it got caught on my foot and tripped me backward. The pipe rolled over, me hurting my face and my leg and the back of my head. We called a practitioner and sang hymns, and my mother and dad read the Christian Science Quarterly Lesson-Sermon to me. The next day I was out playing baseball, and I made the best fly ball catch that I ever made. I am so grateful to Christian Science for all the healings I have had.

I am happy and grateful to join Christian Scientists throughout the world in the sure knowledge that an understanding of God and the Christ, as taught by Mrs. Eddy, heals completely, immediately, and beautifully.

The incident mentioned above by our son brought great spiritual unity and unfoldment to our family. The words of the practitioner, "He was never in the experience," changed our concept of the boy from that of a child with deep cuts and a leg that couldn't move to that of the spiritual, untouched representative of God.

The boy's first words after the section of sewer pipe had rolled over him were, "I'm so glad I'm a Christian Scientist." I too am so glad that he is a Christian Scientist and that he realizes the privileges and freedom which this heritage brings.
