The Psalmist sang (Ps. 107:2), "Let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy." I should like to express my gratitude for Christian Science and for the way it has regenerated my life, which has been changed from one of partial invalidism, despondency, willfulness, and quick temper to one of joy, usefulness, consideration, and love. Through Science and the regeneration of thought its study promotes, I have learned to let go of self-will, self-justification, self-love, hatred, and bitterness. And the result has been the healing of stomach ulcers, catarrh, sinus infection, chronic liver complaint, and acne, which had caused deep depressions over my entire face—all were of many-years' standing.

As one who was healed by our Leader said (Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, pp. 382, 383): "'Mortal mind needed to be set right. The ailment was not bodily, but mental, and I was cured when I learned my way in Christian Science.'"

I am grateful that since my restoration to health I have been privileged to serve in a branch church as First Reader and as a Sunday School teacher.
