Enthusiasm and the Singing Heart

"The inevitable result of ... true enthusiasm is a singing heart"

Among qualities to be cherished is the enthusiasm which accompanies the dawning of the Christ, Truth, in human consciousness. Enthusiasm, in its higher, Christly sense, might be described as the manifestation of joyous gratitude for having found the truth as revealed in Christian Science. This gratitude is expressed in the following words of Hymn No. 64 in the Christian Science Hymnal:
