"THY FAITH HATH MADE THEE WHOLE"

Luke 8:43-48

With what humility this stranger sought
Release from bondage—sought the Christ with such
Unbounded faith! If I may only touch
The robe I shall be whole again, she thought.
No human rapture can conceive, nor aught
Depict, that precious moment when she knelt
At Jesus' feet. Within herself she felt
This wondrous thing: a healing had been wrought!

Our Father, on this holy ground we kneel
To seek the love that winged her faith; to feel
The joy this pure communion brings; to see
Thy guiding hand unveil reality.
Now is faith crowned with power, heaven-sent,
To prove each healing a divine event.
