Committee Corrections Bring Healing

It is evident that public opinion considers our healing activity suggestion or "Gesundbeten." In the Neue Post a detailed correction made by this Committee was published under the following heading, selected by the editors: "Christian Science—neither Gesundbeten nor Suggestion."

A man who had often passed an announcement-poster of a Christian Science Society without forming a notion of what Christian Science is, found a scrap from the Neue Post containing the correction made by this Committee. He had been a sufferer for many years, the physicians having been unable to afford him relief. He could neither dress nor undress himself on account of a stiffening of his spinal vertebrae. Alter reading the correction, he immediately attended the services and was healed without Christian Science treatment. His gratitude was boundless and brought quite a few seekers after Truth to the society mentioned. He had been a wholly materially-minded man; now he knew that he had found the most precious thing in the world, and he said that he would not give up the textbook for any price.
