At one time, during a church service, as I listened carefully to the Lesson-Sermon read from the Christian Science Quarterly, the last sentence read from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy healed me of a sense of injury, loss, and separation. The sentence, which is on page 302 of the textbook, declares, "It is impossible that man should lose aught that is real, when God is all and eternally his."

Although I did not begin the study of Christian Science for healing, I found freedom from indigestion, influenza, laryngitis, and the belief that I was subject to frequent colds. I was also healed of grief, which had caused much suffering, through reading a religious article entitled "Companionship" in The Christian Science Monitor. This made it clear to me that the good we cherish in our loved ones is their reflection of God's qualities, which can never be lost or taken away.

Many demonstrations of the spiritual source of supply have come to me over a long period of time, bringing me material necessities and loving friends and companionship.

I am most grateful for the opportunity I have had to work in the Sunday School and for the greater understanding I have gained by my study for this work. I thank God, the Giver of all good, for Mrs. Eddy's discovery of Christian Science and for Science and Health, which spiritually interprets the Bible and brings us healing of mind and body.—(Mrs.) Gertrude M.
