I should like to acknowledge and express my gratitude for the innumerable blessings which have come to me through the study and application of Christian Science.

Several years ago I experienced a nervous breakdown, and was under the care of a physician for nearly two months. During all this time no progress was made, and as I pondered, turning elsewhere for aid. I suddenly remembered that I had known something of Christian Science at one time.

A friend who was a Christian Scientist was called, and she brought me comforting words of truth and some literature. Arrangements were made for Christian Science treatment, and in two weeks I was completely healed and back at my work. I shall never cease to be grateful for that dear friend who came with help in my hour of need, and for the faithful work done by the practitioner.

Since that time I have had many healings, some through my own small understanding and some through help from a practitioner.

I now rely entirely on Christian Science to work out all my problems, and it has never failed.

One evening while preparing lunch for a few friends, I upset some hot liquid over my hands. Material aids and suggestions were offered, which I refused to accept. I applied the truth immediately, as we are taught to do in Christian Science, and the pain soon subsided. The next day there was only a slight discoloration, which quickly disappeared.

I have been healed of throat infection, headache, colds, and influenza. I am, indeed, thankful for these blessings.

For membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church and for all the channels through which Christian Science is given to the world, I am increasingly grateful.—(Mrs.) Gladys E. Warren, Detroit, Michigan.
